Delivery & Payment

- Books and small products: 3–5 business days
- Dental equipment (chairs, machines): 7–15 business days, depending on location
UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and for institutional orders, bank transfer or invoice-based payment. EMI options are also available on select high-value equipment.
Yes, a valid GST invoice is provided with every order — essential for clinics and institutions.

Yes, dental equipment comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty — the duration varies by product.
Damaged or defective items can be replaced or returned within 7 days of delivery. Defective book copies are also replaced.
