Payments are accepted via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods shown at checkout. We do not store card details or UPI PINs. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India to serviceable locations. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather, or logistics issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Sterile, consumable, and opened healthcare products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.
