GDC Automatic Crown Remover Standard (CRS)

GDC Automatic Crown Remover Standard (CRS) is a spring-loaded mechanical crown and bridge removal instrument designed to facilitate the removal of cemented crowns, bridges, and other fixed dental restorations. The device works by generating a controlled impulse through the selected tip, helping break the cement seal between the restoration and the underlying tooth without directly striking the restoration.

The ergonomic design provides comfortable handling and improved operator control, while the bayonet attachment system allows different hooks and wire tips to be fitted quickly. Its intensity adjustment mechanism enables the operator to control the impulse according to the clinical situation.

The kit includes multiple tip designs that allow engagement at different areas of crown margins. A dedicated flexi-wire system and bridge-removing tip can also be used for bridge removal. The instrument can be used for permanently cemented crowns and bridges, provisional restorations, Maryland bridges, orthodontic brackets and bands, and removable appliances fixed to abutments.

• Attach the selected tip securely to the crown remover.
• Engage the tip with the appropriate area of the crown or restoration.
